Founder and Resident Accountant

Rosheen Ngorima

Rosheen is a seasoned Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Management Accountant (CIMA) with vast experience in various sectors such as retail and telecommunications in South Africa. She has also worked in the legal sector, fintech and e-commerce industries in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She sits on the board of various companies as a director and business advisor. She is also the Founding President of the Female Founders Initiative (Middle East& Africa, an amazing program that was birthed out of an idea to celebrate women in various disciplines in the workplace within the MEA region. She also holds an MBA in International Finance

Director : Operations and Client Administration

Aletta Ngorima

An accountant in her own right, she supports the Managing Director, the Executive Committee, and the wider organization in focusing on attracting and engaging a talent pool and developing collaborative ways of working and providing top-notch service delivery. She is an established entrepreneur and manages her own business brand, Aletta the virtual admin.

Ishemupenyu Chagonda

Ishemupenyu is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and an Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute. He completed his ICSA and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) examinations in 2012 and 2014 respectively before being admitted into membership by ACCA in 2018. Ishemupenyu completed his ACCA in the Top 5 best Affiliates in Zimbabwe and has a wealth of industry experience in strategy, management and financial accounting after serving in various finance and administration roles in both listed and unlisted corporates.

Director of Compliance

Shameeg Dollie

Shameeg Dollie serves as the Director of Compliance, specializing in Training, Development, and the execution of Anti Money Laundering compliance (AML), Counter Terrorism funding (CTF), and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to drive product and process improvement. His expertise spans from the conception to the implementation phases, with a continuous focus on refinement.

In his role, Shameeg excels in evaluating the approach, deployment, and integration of processes and policies, guiding organizations in revising their short-term and long-term strategic plans to elevate customer satisfaction. His proficiency in quality audits and SWOT analysis has consistently contributed to increased product output, enhanced efficiency, and heightened customer satisfaction. This, in turn, has been pivotal in fostering financial growth and ensuring sustainability through the application of Lean processing methodologies.

Previously, Shameeg held the position of Lead Internal Quality Assurance Auditor for Mubadala subsidiary companies. He has also served as a technical trainer and standards compliance officer for the Royal Air Force of Oman. His diverse skill set includes certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor by the American Society of Quality, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Implementor, Counter-terrorism Officer, Aircraft Crash Investigator, and Root Cause Analysis Investigator.

With a wealth of experience and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality, Shameeg Dollie brings invaluable insights and leadership to the field of Compliance and Quality Management.

Cyril has over 15 years in the Sales and Marketing industry, whereby majority of his years were in the Insurance and Educational Industry.
