CORPORATE TAX REGISTRATION FORM REQUEST 

UAE Federal Tax Authority has just issued a new decision - Decision No. 3 of 2024 - effective from 1 March 2024, stipulating the deadlines for Companies to be registered for Corporate Tax. 
This changes the deadline that was previously communicated and now the due date is dependent on the Company incorporation date (see below).

A AED10,000 penalty will apply if anyone fails to comply and register.
Deadline to register for current existing companies is 31 May 2024

Any Company incorporated/registered after 1 March 2024, will have a deadline of three (3) months from the date of incorporation, establishment, or recognition for submitting a Tax Registration application.
